Aloe Vera fresh leaves
Aloe Vera belongs to the family of Xanthorrhoeaceae and the species of Asparagahes. There are approximately 500 species of flowered succulent plants with different sizes from Aloe.
Aloe Vera Barbadensis is one of the most important species and is the most common and valuable species of Aloe. Studies show that Aloe Vera has about 200 effective ingredients; cosmetics, food and beverages are the most significant international market for Aloe Vera consumption. Aloe Vera leaves supplied by the company are from the species of Barbadensis Yellow flower and a product of Iranian farms.
The company supplies all its products from 5 farms with a total area of 31 hectares and 22 industrial and semi-industrial greenhouses with a total area of 44,000 m². Now, Attacomplex is capable of supplying 180 MT of A+ grade Aloe Vera leaves monthly which this amount can be increased up to 230 MT per month by starting new farms.
All farms in the stage of planting, holding and harvesting are under the control, supervision and tracking of technical experts of Attacomplex , which is implemented in different periods. Aloe Vera leaf product provided by the ATTA brand is marketed organically without the use of chemical fertilizers and toxins.
Selected Aloe Vera leaves for export are separated based on standard weight and physical health and packed and labeled as A+ grade. All leaves are packed and sent in standard carton boxes.
Aloe Vera seedlings
For the production and propagation of Aloe Vera for commercial purposes, just cultivation through seedlings is recommended. Seedlings are formed around the roots of plant; often each Aloe Vera bush can produce several seedlings.
Seedlings with about 3 to 4-month lifespan and about 20 to 25 cm height are suitable for propagation. Supplying seedlings of the Barbadensis species with different sizes is another component of the company’s product portfolio which is sent to customers in plastic boxes.
The supplied products have COA certificate as well as an IFDA license of Iran.
Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera gel is used as the main part of the plant which includes a wide range of manufacturing industries of cosmetics and beverages. To produce Aloe Vera gel, mature plant is transferred from the farms to the processing factory and is packed after separation, multi-stage washing, peeling, pulping, homogenization, deodorizing, and filtering.
This company supplies 6 types of gel products as below :
1- Pulp /Dice This product is produced and supplied after peeling, aloin separating , physical purification and pasteurization to be used as raw materials in food and beverages industries and appropriate packaging (aseptic) without additives and preservatives. Produced dice can be supplied according to the customers’ orders in different sizes and dimensions.
2- Homogenized gel This product is also produced and supplied according to the need and order of customers after peeling, aloin separating , physical purification and pasteurization in order to be used in food- beverage industries as raw materials and in appropriate packaging (aseptic).
3- Refined gel This product is supplied as a bulk to customers after peeling, aloin separating homogenization and filtration in order to be used in the cosmetics industry as raw materials with 99.5% purity and in appropriate packages (sealed barrel – aseptic).
4- Extracted gel (10X) This product is created after separation and filtration under the compression process (10X) and is produced and supplied after pasteurization in order to be used in the cosmetic industries as an extra virgin raw material and in aseptic packaging.
5- Semi-finished product Gel This product is used as an extra virgin a raw material special in the cosmetic (cream) industries in aseptic packaging. This semi-ready product can be mixed with essential oils and various herbal extracts.
6- Finished Product Gel This product is used as an extra virgin raw material especially in the cosmetic (cream) industries in aseptic packaging. This product is ready to be injected into cream tubes. This finished product can be supplied with essential oils and various herbal extracts. The supplied products have COA certificate as well as an IFDA license of Iran.
Aloe Vera Powder
Aloe Vera powders have many applications in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and health industries. Its most important applications are in making food supplements in food industry- dairy industry, jelly and etc. In pharmaceutical industry, it can be used in producing burn ointment, sexual function enhancement drugs and prevention from constipation. A large part of Aloe Vera powder is used in the cosmetics industries such as in the production of cosmetic creams, moisturizers, sunscreens, hair gels and masks, lotions, soaps and shampoos. Supplied powders in this company are produced using the drying method of Q-matrix (spray dryer technology) and by updated machinery.
Two types of powder are supplied as bulk by this company as below :
1- Whole leaf powder This product is prepared by processing whole Aloe Vera leaves and is supplied in bulk to be used as raw materials in cosmetics, health, pharmaceutical and food industries and in metalized packaging.
2- Concentrated gel powder This product is prepared through refined gel processing and is supplied in bulk with purity percentages of 20% – 40%– 60% – 80% in order to be used in the cosmetics industry as an extra virgin raw material and in metalized packaging. The supplied products have COA certificate as well as an IFDA license of Iran.
